Major differences between GSR & MR are basically SST dual clutch transmission(MR), Bilstein shocks(MR), & Cross-drilled Rotors(MR). Those are the only performance differences. There are a couple others like partial/full leather, chrome trim, etc etc.
It's actually the GSRs that you should be looking out for. They are able to hold more power because of the 5 speed manual versus the dual clutch on the MR. MR requires some beefing up of the trans once you start putting more than like 350HP+
Need some gears like 3.73 or 4.10 in the rearend in GT when racing against some of these lighter and equal or greater powered 4 bangers!
