Sayid and Jin were my favorite characters :) He's the most capable of all of them. Jack is a close second, but he lets his emotions and political correctness get in the way too much.

Sayid is the most underrated character in Lost. Sawyer, Jin, and Sayid have been my favorites since the beginning. The rest of the characters have their moments when they annoy me. But not these three.

This is a good video! I'm surprised anyone would think Sayid is ONLY a badass, though - just because he's a trained soldier, it doesn't mean that he enjoys what he was trained for. He categorically says that he does not enjoy killing. I see him as a man with a deeply sensitive side, certainly a romantic. He cries several times during the show, with remorse at what he's done, (like when he kills the German woman and when he kills the young Ben).

I thought I was weird for thinking Sayid is the hottest guy on Lost. I tend to like the less obvious characters on shows. I did, however, notice that Naveen Andrews is Indian, not Arab and still can't see him as an Iraqi. I think his Iraqi accent on the show is sexier than his real life British accent though.
