I will try this. I over-stretched and pulled a muscle in my upper back right in center between the shoulder blades and I'm in alot of pain. This is a tough area to loosen up...
I just tried my mat vertically also.. to get at the very base of my neck. got damn my upper back has been killing me since i was 18!! lived like that for over 12 yrs now, tired of takin pain meds, and hating life whn i run out, i jus wanna feel better!! shit! can a guy jus feel better without being doped up!, imma try some of ur workouts! thx

holy crap... this works like wonders. i have upper and mid back pain and doing this for just a few minutes helped ease the pain A LOT

I just tried this ... it felt good! That area sounded like fire-works going off when i did this.
I've tried the one where you roll the towel and lay on it vertically (down the center of yr spine), and it hurt!
I have a LOT of spasms going on in my middle to upper back (have for years) and nothing has helped so far.
Do you have any videos that focus on back spams?
