@iuieorli If you have the DVD's use a program like 'Ripit4me', you can use that to put the footage onto your computer

Does it have to be a tribute, no hang on.. ooh how can I explain this.. ? Umm I have a few video ideas ABOUT the Doctors death, none of them exactly look back on his entire life as the Doctor but branch into parts of it.. Would that be alright? Or does it have to be a tribute with just his life and death on the screen?

The tribute doesn't have to show his entire life. It's a retrospective look back at the Tenth Doctor, and what he feels he's accomplished up to the end.
