According to the scoring card shown on the NBC coverage, she wasn't deducted a 0.1 I guess since her foot wasn't completely outside the line. Shame about the big step though, she could have snagged fourth at most.

she was deducted a .2 for the trouble on the last pass and for the step on the lines which is always a .1 deduction..

You can step on the line and not be deducted. As Tim Dagget always had to say in every gymnastics competition since Barcelona, the line is in.

you can see, when her score is revealed, in the penalty section it says 0.0.. if she had stepped out it would have said 0.1
