  • this is really great last time i did it for like month i was already seeing better reults than previous exercise id done for longer. i gave it up just wen the early results were showing so hope this time i have patience and stick to it, do it with the 8 min buns and 8 min legs and 8 min arma, then you do all those every day its only what 32 mins a day.

  • aerobic exericse will help that. so try to run or cycle to lose fat. build it around your daily routine

  • hi am moh. i have been training for long tym. if u do this workout at age of 13. that is fine. no problem at all. but dnt do any weight lifting. do this and u ll have a great body. good luck

  • this is good for beginner people but after a little you'l need a workout with weights, and i'd recommend you look into the "janda" sit up and crunch.

  • Ive done quite abit of carido this week and i diet with that, and the week after i do these ab routines, i am seein results on myself, you will see result in no time, u will hardly notice your losing weight though, just try not to eat as much carbs in future, because that is what im cuttin down alot on, and i aint had sweets in ages so thats a progression in itself. thanks for reading.

  • he means that you wont see the results because there will be a layer of fat over it, but with cardio and eating right you will be able to lose weight and see the progress you have made. but to be honest fat people see more gain in muscle growth if they work out than skinny people who have to create mass when fat people can convert the fat into muscle (kinda)

    if you have just a little fat, then probably don't need to lose weight. there ARE abs under your fat, but you just need to make them muscular to show up. if you have a lot of fat, then you should get rid of that and then strengthen ur abs.

  • if you do this excersize every day, eat healthy (make sure you eat breakfast every day), and have atleast 20 minutes of cardio every day, you will start noticing toning within 2 weeks. i also recommend wearing 2 of everything while you do this workout, since it's only 8 minutes long. it helps you to sweat more.

  • 1000 calorie diet isnt any good. And this video isnt for losing weight, but for toning your abs. If your wanting to lose weight try some cardiovascular exercises for about 20-30 minuts a day, 3-5 times a week before breakfast.

  • The exersises won't actually help you lose that much weight, but they will definitly help shape you abs. I saw results (good ones) after about 2 weeks... But you have to do them everyday. Try doing them as soon as you wake up, before breakfast. If you want to lose weight you have to do at least 20-30mins of cardio per day. If you do this and some cardio you won't be dissapointed. Don't forget to eat right as well! Good Luck! :-)

  • By doing these excercises you are building up you abdominal. These musceles inturn burn more calories which will help you lose weight. But you can't consume more calories then you burn, otherwise you put that weight on. -Good Luck, hope this helps

  • Eating healthy is a big part of it, you're right. Can't just rely on a few exercises. Got to both eat right and exercise regularly. I think everybody knows this already, but not everyone is willing to follow this lifestyle.

  • It hurts your neck because you are not focusing on the abs, do the job with your abs not the neck.

  • i find it easier to hold your neck with your hands but just a little bit and still do the exercises

  • If you're neck is hurting, take a break from doing this for a week or so, let your neck rest, then try again, and while doing your exersizes, be cautious of your neck, keep it loose, but in place. Same thing happened to me. :)

  • In some parts here, you can your your hands to support your neck/head. I also use a pillow

  • To avoid hurting your neck, cup your elbows instead of keeping them completely horizontal. Also, you should pull you abs down with your back muscles, almost like you are hunching over. Hope this helps :)

  • Instead of keeping your arms flat (running parallel to your shoulders), cup them around your head so that your elbows are facing away from you.

  • Cupping yourself elbows makes doing it easier though, becauase it brings more of your back muscles into doing the exercise. Whilst keeping them straight out forces it solely to work on the abdominals. If your neck hurts, stretch it first, keep it straight with you back and don't overdo it. If it persists, see your GP.

  • So i was planning on doing this twice a day; once in the morning and once at night with a run in between. Should i only do it once with some type of cardio workout. Which will give me better results?

  • You need time to rest, doing it twice a day won't do you much good.

  • no, part of muscle building is adequate recovery. so just once a day, and stretch ur abs right after.

    if u want quicker results, work on ur diet and do cardio.

  • you shouldnt just focus on your abs. weight training will help burn fat all over and it also burns fat while you are resting unlike cardio. and increase your metabolism. so do a combined weights, cardio and core workout and you should see good results within a month

  • Intensity is the most important thing in a workout. 8 min of intense workout is better then 30 mins.

  • i do cardio i run 1 mile on tredmill on 3.0 everyday and this workout everyday but my diet sucks i just cut back on foods rather than eat fruits all day is that good for results of some sort

  • Well i'd say 3weeks, if u dont have too much fat on the stomach area. Im 182/78 and took me like 3 weeks to get some sorta abs there, not too fancy but something still.

  • about 3 weeks if you do it every single day including the weekends. also 1 mile cardio speeds it up for the best results

  • the thing about the neck is simple... check out that you must keep your chin near to your chest, hold that position... when you are doing crunches, in the initial position, don't let your head go back keep it always close to the chest. If you don't do it like this way and slowly you may hurt your neck

  • dude its a work out. its supposed to hurt a little. it tears the muscle then builds it back up again. its all gooooood. just keep on doin it for a while. and your muscles will get used to it.

  • You're prolly pulling on your neck when you do the exercises...try doing the exercises with your arms crossed infront of your chests.

  • try not lifting yrself using yr neck but yr back! at least thats how i do it and hav my head gently resting on my hands to prevent neck strain.
