The road the train passes over on 2:33 is Knik Goose Bay Rd. I lived off that road onto Foot Hills Blvd. I will be moving back soon. Can't wait. :)

The road the train crosses over at 0:45 seconds is the right near Sarah Palin's lakefront house. Probably about 500 feet off to the right side of the train from that spot, near the Lake Lucille Inn.
