Awesome video! As I've said before: Stronger legs come from squats = stronger log press! If you can kick the squat up to 220kg - 230kg, you will have a 135kg - 145kg log press no doubt! Anyway you are awesome! Keep at it bro!

    I'll push the front squats again in fall and during the whole 10/11 offseason.

    Front Squat+Strict Press+Push Press = Bigger Loglift.

    Hint for you.. Try to get your legs a little wider during the whole thing..It will be easier to give the leg drive..(on my opinion..) Also..it will take less energy on the clean if you take the log higher to your chest when you start to roll it to your chest..meaning..go deeper into the squat..it will be easier once you learn it!!
