@TheEeddvviiss That is true but Allen shot more 3's per game. Allen has 6686 and Miller has 6486. They both shot about 40% from 3 point range. The real difference is Miller drove to the basket more and took many more free throws. Miller has 7026 FTA while Allen has 4604. They are both about 90% from the line. Allen is 45% from the field and Miller is 47%. Miller is by far the more valuable player.

Good shooting is a science. Ray is one of the all time best shooters. A lot of it is technique, a lot of it is form, most of it is practice. You wanna be a good shooter, then shoot all day long. Or at least a few hours a day. You will see the difference.

Larry Bird was obviously a great 3 point shooter, but honestly I don't think he was the best shooter of all time. Probably the most clutch player and scary all-around player of all time, but as far as consistency and effectiveness go Ray Allen is great.

As far as the best... Steve Kerr is actually technically the "best" 3 point shooter of all time.

This is the BEST i repeat BEST 3-point shooter in HISTORY hands down.Once late in the 4th quater in the 10-11 allstar game one of his teamates missed a shot and the ball went off to the left of the rim and he cought there and just jacks it up fading to the left side(if he just walked to where he was going he would be out of bounds.He didn't stop after catching the ball just ran and jacked it up.<-- proof he's the BEST 3-point shooter

@camdog2398 yes, the power comes from the legs cuz they are much stronger than arms. if you shoot with your arms too much, then they will get tired and your shot will be off towards the end of the game. if you watch any video on youtube about good basketball shooting form it will explain how to shoot with your legs.
