yep mine is practicly impossible to get onto the ramp, ive only done it 2 times then fall before i get off the ramp so annoying!!

Huh. I bypassed the ramp alltogether and just dropped into the cup from 31, then tipped it from the cup into 36. It's a lot quicker, and mine doesn't have the stud yours has so getting onto the ramp in the first place is much harder.
