tom lee park is halfway under now. cant get there by vehicle because the police have the section cut off due to flood waters but you can take the bike trail along river front to see the extent of the flooding. that was around 9 this morning and its rained some more since. you can go all the way down tot he water though i wouldn't recommend it since i literally watching the water rise while i was down there.
