  • Cut our Grains, Sugars, Refined Vegetable Oils and Processed food - This cuts out inflammation. Eat fatty fish, grass fed meats and vegetables to further stop inflammation. And exercise for stress. That's it! You don't need a magic pill or conference to tell you this ;-)

  • @pinc8387 Wow, one mention of meat and I get a "Fuck you" from a vegan instantly. Aren't you supposed to have 'compassion'? lol what a joke. Go look up Phytic Acid - even your preparation does not remove all the poison.

    How about you also Google 'Top Anti-inflammatory foods', but I suppose you will tell the authors of all those studies "Fuck you" too? Go get an education, until then, learn some manners. It's people like you that make people like me think that Vegans are assholes.
