EA bought them out, then forced westwood to rush the release of C&C, however under the stress of ea, westwood cracked, and was "dissolved." The thing is that ea is known well for buying out other game companies, and Westwood was a very well known one, making the mistake of taking ea's offer. The other thing is that C&C games now only have an EA logo on them, and they suck big time!!!

C&C Tiberian Sun is still very great and I still play Skrmish and I still love it. Got all of tracks in my iTunes and everytime when I listen them, it reminds me back from the good old Westwood times.

C&C 3 Just got boring after 3 months, but Tiberian Sun not. :)
