  • @99thematrix Eating healthy food 5 - 7 times a day is good. But you need more than just that. You need also strength and cardio training if you are aiming for >10% body fat. Dont get blinded by "healthy food", you also need to watch for the callorie intakes. If you are eating chicken breast and salad every meal and every two hours, you are doing it wrong. Way to lose bodyfat is: Weight, Cardio training + Heatly diet + alot water + a good rest everyday.

  • about getting negative calorie burn... i was wondering about oils and types of butter/ nuts. if you eat lots of nuts and for example coconut butter which is used for cooking, all these things contains alot of calories ( BUT ARE STILL HEALTHY! ) and boosts your fat burn. giving ur body essential vitamins. but will those calroies count as solid food calories and should it be taken just as much in consideration when ur on a diet, as normal food?
