  • koo nice set up check mine out

  • what wattage power supply will i need to power a 750 watt rms amp?

  • @bigpapa1223 wel im not to shure about that cuz 750 rms in about 1500 max watts so it would use like 50 60 amps im guessing so u would need a perrty expencive power supply unless u riged up sumthing my camp i got a car cut in half n screwed to the wall n i cut out a hole in the wall n i start the car n run my subs in my camp of the cars power so i can run as many watts as i wana just like any car. maby u could get a car batt and hook it to a charger u mite need 2 car batts

  • the more watts it has the louder the sound is? plz reply

  • @519MaTT94KrZ basically yea, but if u wanna get into it theres allot of factors that can change when yer dealing with speakers n sound waves. placement, box size, room size, speaker diameter, type of amp u r using n so on. just google anything u need to kno

  • hahahaha screw that i used a psu up to it it fucked everything i couldnt car coz it was a cheap amplifier lesson learnt tho psu puts a fair bit more than the 14.4v an amp can handle takes about 3 weeks than its starts to distort

  • i used my amps for years n tested the 12 volt rail on my psu alot n never had no 14 volts so i dono what u r doing but its wrong id tell u how to do it right but if u cant figure out sumthing so simple then u dont deserve to kno

  • hey man uhhh can you hook power supplies together

  • @basslover201 u can i never done it yet google it thats what i do

  • @basslover201

Well, if you are talking about SMPS, you should not try it as their circuit works on the load and regulated the voltage unlike simple transformers.

If you do that, you might blow up the SMPS.

I won't even suggest combining multiple rails of a power supply to one.

In case, you are determined to try it, use diodes so that the current does not flow the wrong way (other power supply).

  • hey man if you dont mind can you tell me how you hooked up thecap to the cpu power supply

  • its easy take the neg wire from the psu run it to the neg post on the cap then to the neg on the amp on the amp n same 4 the pos side i used 8 gauge wire n split it in half n put the post threw it on the cap or u can use the proper gear if ya got it go to a car audio store n tell em what yer doing n they'll give ya the Lil end things 4 cheap or free

  • i like the poster in the back haha

  • hey how did you hook up the power source to the amps?

  • mmfwcl...woop...woop

  • whoop whoop

  • nice fake ass pot leaf lol

  • how exactly did u set all that up homie?

  • nice man kicker could be a little better but what ever Ur a juggalo and so I'm i. so its all good. kicker rocks. keep it real.

  • a lotta juggalos roll wit fat systems like this! how did u hook all this shit up weedman? im gettin 2 12"s and i got a 600 watt stereo... i think ill hook up an amp wit a psu cuz we have an old computer thats broken... will this work or do i need a car batetry too? mcl muthafacko!

  • cool whats the title of the sound track

  • uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu not to be an ass it mite be calld why you always fuckin wit us

  • thats a tidy set up =]

  • lol loving it dude, never seen a cleaner indoor setup

  • nice.... good selection of music too!!!!

  • what amps are those

  • kicker impulse ix702's

  • are they old coz i havnt seen them around before

  • yep there real old like 98 i think

  • how much did they cost? does the psu give out enough power for the amps?

  • i gotem both for 80 Canadian from a car audio shop. the psu alone works well but it would cut out at high volumes, its 32 amps,so i got that cap and it works perfect now

  • That is nice, and CLEAN! Props!

I would have used RE woofers though :)

  • ill take your advice and givem a try im useing 2 15" SE-Series subs 4 my new system

  • What enclosure design will you use for them?

  • i will probably go with a sealed box build to the subs specification's what would u recommend ?

  • 8cu" tuned really low, somthing like 25hz and lots of port area (130sq" at least). Going sealed, your are going to be running into greatly reduced output and a high peak around 60hz. A simple bass relex would cary the low end frequency's a long way.

  • AHHHH 60 HZ thanx 4 pointing that out i will defiantly b building my box to the specs u said

  • Will your power supply be able to handle that?

  • 96 amps going to 2 4 farad caps should b enough if not ill get more ,im going to run a new circuit from the breaker switch dedicated just to my psu bank hopefully i will avoid any hazards that way .i got a video of what im getting check it out

  • oh shiz!! lol your using kicker impulse amps im using some old kicker in my room. chek it out. =]]

  • nice man

but i wish we cud hear it

    do u got msn?

  • nice good vid
