@lebrique It's a drill with a cutting circle :P so it's easier to cut

Why exactly do you bondo it? Why don't you use fiberglass?

@KantiKane Because Fiberglass it's a lil bit more difficult to use than the car refiller, but you can use it if you know how to use fiberglass :D it's just to make the helmet stronger :D

@RiceComedyStudios I scale them to 150% in Photoshop and I'm like 5,9 tall so do the maths :P, and added addtional flaps on the side parts :) hope this works

@OVStudios No, don't just use car body filler... That's why the first one cracked. FISRT, resin it. Or fiberglass resin it. THEN bondo over that, and sand. Prime it, then desired paint. :D

@shekydabooky From whatever, just make sure it's thin so it can be fold to the helmet, my suggestion is to use some plastic sheet or ask for somenthing like that in your local home depot or similar :D.

@shekydabooky I used black plastic, but it had some lines so I can't see well through that one :S, better use a transparent plastic tinted to black :D

@shekydabooky You have to use a tint for the visor, like the one used for sunglasses, :D ask for the tint in a home depot or a car shop, ask what can you use to tint the visor.

I've been wanting to do this for a long time. This Friday me and my dad are gonna put it together then Go to a craft store an get some plaster and the cardboard. Glue the cardboard on the batters helment then plaster it, sand it, paint it, and wear it. Lol

@wbhovey it's a compression file like a zip file. you have to unzip it or "unrar" it in rar terms. You can download it off the net easily :) then you'll get your pdf's inside it.

did you use night shades to tint the visor plastic, or did you find pre-tinted? I'm using a cut up pepsi bottle for my visor lol. my video is also rendering now, i'll post it as a reply to this one.

so, i have a problem, when making the ear pieces, the cut outs wont wrap around a pop can like they're supposed to lol. it is very annoying.
