I have this sys in my computer room. rattles the crap out of my walls. Nice. I actually have a 10" pioneer sys in the car or I would try it, might anyway for fun. I would need 62 miles of power cord for my commute to my job! or a 400 watt power invertor would b better.

I had a Z-623 as my sound system in my Land ROver Defender. It worked AWESOME!!!! Just get yourself a good qality inverter and hook it up through RCA on your radio's external output and there you go!!

@Pritonss take a power inverter, cable it to the battery, take the output rca from you headunit ..bring them up to the controller and connect them with a RCAcable to jack3.5mm , switch on you head unit, listen to music, when you want some bass...switch on the logitech..inverter is brings from 12v to 220v make sure that the inverter erogates enough watts for the logitech !!!

If you are still interested, I know how to make this sytem run off a 12v battery. I did it with my logitech system. If you take out the sub, you will see a tansformer in the box. That converts your 110v/240v to 12v DC. Same as a battery. If you remove that, and then take the output wires of that, and connect it to your battery, your golden.

@ExtraTerrestrials I use a set of Logitech Z-2300 in my car and don't need a more than 5 meters long power cord. Ever heard of Inverters? They take your car's battery 12V and give a 220V output. For my Logitech Z-2300 I use a 1000 Watts max Inverter. But the Z-2300 are fine with a 400 Watts one.

i have a z2300 and it has 2x 21v powersurce.. It will never work in a car. You need a Power Inverter for your car like 12v to 220v or 110v

U will need to get off the grill and get sub out of the box. sub will be already connected to the logitech amp, so u have to get those 2 wires that are connected to the sub unpluged from the sub. then plug in the new wires(on to the sub) and find a way out of the subbox (hole on the side of box) then connect wires to amplifier.connecting sub to a batery won't work.CarBatteryIs12V.LogitechA­mpIs230V

You can actually get a power supply to run that. Back before in my early days of just getting into bass. Well lets say i did alot of converting lol. I got a cheap power supply from wal-mart (400 watts max) that plugged into the 12 volt accesory. Then ran it back to a 13.8 volt power supply from radio shack and it ran my Fosgate P300.1 (412 watts rms) so id say technically its possible to put a power supply in ur car to run the logitech
