That sounds like you are trying to export the video at a higher resolution than what the original video was recorded in. Try exporting at a lower resolution or one equal to the original content.

I have a question - I cant get volume to work on my movie edit pro plus 11 but magix...only on the normal movie maker you get free with a PC the volume works. I have no idea what to do i have pressed everything and anything. and yes my volume is working haha!

This is a common problem with MEP. Send tech support this info along with what operating system you are using and the type of video file you are using and they will send you a new dll file to correct this problem.

it says magix movie needs a screen display of at least 1024x 768 pixels thats what it says when i try to open it T-T

That means your screen resolution is set lower than 1024 x 768. Set it to that resolution or higher and it will work paintbrushkirby.
