watch where your feet are at the end. Your throws are going right because you left foot is in front of your right, essentially you are cutting yourself off. You don't have full range of motion with your hips in that position, it's pretty easy to fix.

@prefontaine618 im a sophmore, i threw 120 freshman year in a meet and at practice the farthest i've thrown is about 135
