I bought this album for the first time when I was in high school; I don’t remember how I stumbled upon it, but I’m glad I did. I still listen to it today and I’m almost 30. I never tire of this album. Itzhak Perlman is such a moving violinist, and John Williams remains my favorite composer. The Theme from Far and Away is my favorite song from this album, followed by The Color Purple: Main Title
@shawkins499 Haha nice, I am the same with my Titanic, Braveheart, and Last of Mohicans soundtracks. I love me some Pirates too, Hans Zimmer is right there behind John for best soundtrack composer of all time.
This is from the film Far and Away. If that movie has a soundtrack, then it is surely to be found there. It is also in one of (and maybe several other) John Williams' album of film scores.
Very Similar to "Mist Mountains Cold" from "The Hobbit".
