I meant go easy on the Endeavors. I always liked them. As for the new Hunter Trains they're good of course but still very new and sterile. I suppose one day they'll be old and ratty and I'll love them too ...

I'll agree with that once the new Hunter railcars come into service these vintage railcar will become no more than a memory

It's hard to imagine that the Hunter cars still operating in 2050, which is about how long they'll have to run to match the 620's service history.

Those old railcars are the cutest little things on the Cityrail/Countrylink network. Pity they won't be in service much longer :-(
