For an ordinary class, this guy is doing an awesome job for Dr. Strangelove. As for the other duds, they are your typical let-down group members who've put no effort in and can't even READ their lines with emphasis.

And he screwed up the most important line... :/ it's: "Sir, I have a plan..... *starts gettin' up... realizes what he just accomplished, and yells in excitement* MEIN FUHRER, I CAN WALK!!

I love peoples dedication to detail for this movie. But if I were that guy in the wheelchair trying to do Sellers, not that he didn't make an effort, I would Jew it up a little more!
