If you watch all the interviews and articles. Ralph didnt want Bobby out unless Bobby wanted out, Ralph also didnt agree to have Johnny in. Mike brought Johnny to the table. Ron is cool with EVERYONE, but Mike & Ricky not. Ricky has issues wit Bobby.

dogpound 50 I AGREE with you man. The beef is mainly between Mike & Ralph...man them dudes from what I can tell have the most tension. Ralph always says slick comments about Mike, and Mike is the business man of the NE team.

@utubeviewer121 nope its not just you, and if you look at his first album Michael actually wrote one of his songs that i like i think its called either "its alright" or " i love you" but michael was always apart of new editions life ive seen pictures of michael with them back when they were young.

from what i watched on Life After featuring BBD, there seemed to be bad blood forming even before the N.E. Heartbreak days. When they did the Home Again cd and touring, there was still a lot of bad blood that festered over and there was a split between BBD and Bobby, Ralph and Johnny.

they never really said what it was, but kind of eluded that BBD was always considered just fillers of the group.

Yo I'm a MAJOR New Edition fan (together and solo) since they came out 1983. All I'm asking is for Bobby to "come up" with his overall look and appearence. I ain't hatin', but I've seen lots of recent interviews of them and everybody is fly with their gear and shades on, while Bobby is looking busted! Even his hair isn't combed sometimes! C'mon B...let's get it right playa...you're one of the greats...

This isn't funny but it is. Bobby can have a bad hair day or two. Nah. I know what you mean, though. Bobby was always clean. Hair, tight. Wardrobe, tight. Often, our outwardly appearance is a reflection of how we feel on the inside. When you're battling the things he's been dealing with, appearance can easily become less of a priority. Now that he's purging himself of the drugs and alcohol I'm sure many things will change.

You could see on an interview that Ricky, Ronnie, and Mike did when they were doing a concert with Mint Condition, Troop, and Ready For The World that they are gonna be in BBD mode from this year until next summer so they are working on another BBD album. Bobby, Ralph, and Johnny couldn't sit around and wait until they were ready to do a New Edition album so they formed Heads Of State. Everytime they tried to book shows for the whole group Ricky, Mike, and Ronnie kept saying we wanna do BBD now.

The reason these three decided to work together is because the other three wanted to come back with Bell Biv DeVoe first so the other three Bobby, Ralph, and Johnny decided to form Heads Of State but the New Edition album with all six members coming next year.

@BowieGrant77 Ralph is even doing singing his parts of that song even doing the percussion parts on the song. He still has that smooth singing going on. I have followed his group and solo albums as his voice changed.

i went to the concert and it was off the chain. they song the songs that you never hear them sing in concert. i hope they come back again because i am there. i love bobby and if you have something negative to say don't waste energy posting it.

LOL! It sounded kind of weird hearing Johnny and Bobby singing the first few words and bars of "Sensitivity". But when they really got into it it sounded GREAT. Can't wait for "The Summit" to come out.
