i just got some eye chips in the mail for my first blythe; she hasn't gotten here yet but the eyechips have and they look *really* small. but i don't have the doll yet to see if they fit... does anyone know if eyechips come in different sizes?

Yeah, eyechips come in different sizes. Do you know how big the ones you ordered are? Did they specify if they fit Blythe or not? They may just look small because you don't have a doll to compare them too, yet.

yeah i got the doll in and they do fit blythes, but the only problem is when i changed them, one of them didn't fit perfectly in the eyehole. either the eyehole was slightly too big, or the chip was too small. anyways, it ended up falling into her head when i pulled the string so now she only has one eye! ahh!

yeah well... she's an SBL so i'm kindo terrified to open her, from what i hear it's a pain. and i'm so scared i won't be able to put her back together so... ah well, maybe i'll buy another eye chip?

I do this, but tape the eyelashes down first so they don't get glue in them... happened to my PDV and had to trim her poor lashes

it doesnt no, it just put a little glue on them. you can snap it off the gluestick when its dry.

You got it in the first try! I usually have one eye-chip come out first try and the other is stubborn as heck.
