I'm a regular visitor to Tony's and Jim's place, and there's even more shit in their new shop! Fear of being killed in shellac avalanche prevents me from returning..... nice docu though. London used to be full of places like this, but sadly we've lost our 'totter' culture to bourgeois 'bric-a-brac' merchants.
A follow up feature length return to Wood street is already in production...Wood street needs you! Ask Tony, Jim or Geoff for details..see you there..
Short observational docs are generally hard to get broadcast. This was the first film I ever made and indeed how I learned to edit. I was thinking of doing a feature length half hour follow up so thanks for your encouragement. Some producers have also suggested a follow up with higher production values etc..
