Yeah, this is real nice and all about how they aren't allowed to do certain things, but what do you do when it is being done anything? Nothing, legally you have to sit there and take it, so what is the entire purpose other than useless information? Just a question, not meant to offend or belittle the wisdom from this video. Why would you bother fighting anything when it wastes your time and for most people time =/= money.
Someone I know said that when he saw two cops around the corner he just started running without a reason. he let the cops catch up to him and search him then the cops didn't find anything illegal so they let him go. But in this case can cops arrest you for just running away? Because its suspicous?
I have a hard time having to be so careful what I say and do right to the smallest detail; around people that we as citizens pay to serve and defend us. This guy may (as a lawyer) be OK in court, but he doesn't give anything I can use against some overbearing cop. Keep cool, don't run, answer honestly or don't talk at all; hell I already know that. Most of what he says is just commom sense!
So i have a question... If they do bring in dogs does that count as a search, and If it doesn't count as a search but the dogs find something is that probable cause. These videos have answered alot of questions that i have had but i couldn't find the answer to this one.
P.S. this may be on a few vids to try and get a quicker and multiple answers.
@UCAxxAvatar well most times they need a warrent to bring dogs unless they see drugs ur have a warrent if the dog finds anything it can be thrown out if there is no reason or warrent for a search
@19d4life Haha FUCK YOU. What part of my english not right? Imma 3rd party asshole commenting on a 1 month ago argument. The tube tell me so, it below the comment you bitching in. Didnt think this shit would be givin you shit still but guess what? IT IS CUZ I LET IT! Bawhahah
@19d4life Just WHAT would lead you to jump to that asinine conclusion?? Your misguided thinking is based upon a fallacious premise that the exercising of constitutional rights and the embracing of civil liberties is somehow indicative of guilt. Nothing could be further from the truth. If we, as law abiding citizens do not exercise our constitutional rights, or our civil liberties, then we aid in the process of seeing those rights deteriorate. I am a strong believer in our nation's constitution.
Respond to this video...Not true at all. Your statement suggests that there are no crooked cops; if only that was true!!. We still have something called "The Constitution of The united States of America", and since the days of 9-11, it's taken a serious beating. We all have a duty to support and defend it; that means having the moral courage to politely assert our rights and civil liberties, without yielding justice in the name of convenience.
So what are all you Pu&&ys mad about? You all talk big shit! But you never do anything about it! Try going out Voting for someone that’s not backed and supported by the Police Unions, and you won’t need an attorney’s advice..You Dumb F*cks! You haven’t figured that out yet? Who do you think the attorneys vote for? Yep you got that right! More Laws! More Police! They got you idiots by the Balls and you think he’s helping you, If you get beat down he’s still got a job! HA! HA! HA!
@19d4life These videos are for the innocent citizens who are victims of police inconvenience, being property destruction, business disruption, or even violence. and they possibly get away with it.
When one is treated as a criminal, all that differs from the real deal is the intent of the accused. Why be a victim if, i can be a criminial bw where i am no but possibly ammount to some gain. This is the flaw in assuming guilt. It leaves less incentive for people to act responsibly
for the frisk cops can ask you to show them what's in your pocket if they feel a solid object, are cops also trained to feel the form of the said object? because what they could feel could be a cell phone, mp3, etc.
What if I am turned on by a search? Does that hard item count as a weapon and are they allowed to pull it out????lol

why would anyone smoke crack out in public?
chica476 8 months ago 25
@chica476
1. Homeless
2. So people at home won't know
Much better question, why would anyone smoke crack in the first place.
I've never even done cocaine but if you're going that route, don't go to crack it's so much worse for you.
Imagine smoking a block of baking soda and syrup because that's what it is in the end.

@19d4life it's not that simple....only criminals fear the law. People who want the constitution upheld fear cops too.
