Yeah, this is real nice and all about how they aren't allowed to do certain things, but what do you do when it is being done anything? Nothing, legally you have to sit there and take it, so what is the entire purpose other than useless information? Just a question, not meant to offend or belittle the wisdom from this video. Why would you bother fighting anything when it wastes your time and for most people time =/= money.

Someone I know said that when he saw two cops around the corner he just started running without a reason. he let the cops catch up to him and search him then the cops didn't find anything illegal so they let him go. But in this case can cops arrest you for just running away? Because its suspicous?

I have a hard time having to be so careful what I say and do right to the smallest detail; around people that we as citizens pay to serve and defend us. This guy may (as a lawyer) be OK in court, but he doesn't give anything I can use against some overbearing cop. Keep cool, don't run, answer honestly or don't talk at all; hell I already know that. Most of what he says is just commom sense!

So i have a question... If they do bring in dogs does that count as a search, and If it doesn't count as a search but the dogs find something is that probable cause. These videos have answered alot of questions that i have had but i couldn't find the answer to this one.

P.S. this may be on a few vids to try and get a quicker and multiple answers.

@UCAxxAvatar well most times they need a warrent to bring dogs unless they see drugs ur have a warrent if the dog finds anything it can be thrown out if there is no reason or warrent for a search
