So...the guy is perfectly ok after a crash and run from building to building, he jumps from 1 floor to an other or maybe 2 floors idk, the police car he steals can take chopper's machinegun (caliber 40 or 50 i dont really now) without receiving any damage (but other cars explode), although, after a second crash the guy doesnt get hurt and break one of the police car's window with his foot...

The building he passes at 0:49 (ironically enough) has the DMV in it and that's where I got my driver's license. I love realism in games. Him beating up the Chicago police officer though is unrealistic. They're not tough by any stretch of the imagination but they're trigger happy. They would have shot him on sight and SAID he had a gun. They're notorious for that over here.
