I hate to say this, but you got ripped off. Mugen is totally free and no one has the right to charge for it. You lost $20.00 for nothing. Mugen can't be sold or distributed so the seller was violating the terms. They knew that someone might be foolish enough to pay for it because they didn't know if it was okay. You should demand your money back and warn Elecbyte - the original creators of Mugen - about this.

You need a new screen pack, search on youtube mugen screen packs and it should show u a video of where to get some and how to put them in

Even if a character isn't designed to be "God" like, there's still no such thing as balance in this game. There are moves that simply can't connect with enemies because they might be incredibly tiny. In general, though fun, and a great tribute game, this doesn't serve as a competitive or deep experience in anyway. It's not balanced, and never will be. It's too bad the idea of Mugen doesn't live up to the actual experience of it...

You know, initially I liked the idea of Mugen, then I realized that most of the fun is found in collecting the characters.. and even that becomes more of a chore than anything. Playing Mugen, in theory, should be an experience better than that of most any fighter. The roster is limitless, and characters from every fighting game and then some can duke it out. The problem is, and the reason I deleted Mugen, there's no sense of balance in the game at all. Some characters are too good.

copy everything in that folder

go back and paste it in tha data.

click Yes To all

go in select.def paste all your chars

go back

click mugen and instead of catergories u have a full selection screen. 

PS:(copy all chars from last select.def before u do this....trust me u don't wanna retype them all).
