to get it.. you need to run naked in orgrimar for 5 hours till you get a buff... then you need to go with thrall the king of orgrimar.. and talk to him.. he gives ya a quest that you need to kill the king in stormwind... then you need to get a 60 man raid to kill him and get the head back... LOL im jokin.. its a card sold for 600 USD on ebay (or more).. :) have fun
