STi ticking noise

yea mine sounds about the same. Tuner says its the injectors. Rebuilt engine and new shortblock

This was my 3 wrx/sti I just decided to trade it in. I guess it is harder to tell how loud it actually is in the video.

I am running rotella T6 now to ensure a good running car.

Just sounds like vvt/ valve noise, its normal for alot of cars and seems to get louder when fitted with intake or exhaust mods.

It does the same on my my11 sti sedan...

Some ppl say it's the high lift created by cam... While my dealer say it's turbo...

I really have no idea... O_o (confuse)

I m guessing it have been running awhile...

Because my only does that went it's running for a while. Never hear that on a cold start.

This is an 06, it is all stock for now except an HKS Carbon Ti Exhaust. I wont tune the car until I get enough parts for stage 2.
