dragon is beat level 17, devil is level 18, and angel is fill every race's tree to its max

Hey i have a problem on level 16 or 15 hells gate and i cant seem to beat that giant toad thing and it seems unfair that when i destroy has tower he can keep summoning but not me so how do i beat it?
