  • I was a Blue spader during the first gulf war (retired now) My oldest boy just returned from Afghanistan in Aug and my youngest son leaves for the korengal valley in Dec. Your boy made the ultimate sacarifice,God bless him and your family believe me when I say we are a small family and must stand strong. SFC usarmy retired
