  • Notice his body position- spine in a straight line, parallel to the bike, and head leading the turn. Almost every crash video has a guy hanging his ass off the side trying to drag a knee, going WAY slower than this guy, but bad body positioning causing the bike to lean more than it needs to... add bad throttle control, hard braking in a corner, and target fixation and *bang* rider down. But they'll be a Starbux saying "oh yeah, I was dragging knee but I hit a patch of sand..."

  • 1:00 calculated risk no luck

  • Cool vid.

  • This is what all the people in his crash videos think they look like. lol

  • totaled the same bike she was red with red rims oo i miss her

  • he can ride !! thats skill

  • Nice to see someone that knows how to ride, and has an affordable bike. This shows that you don't need a new/newer bike. This ninja he is riding can be found for under $3500, and its sexy.

  • definately not the first time he runs "the snake"... good safe at 1:00 o.O

  • around 1:00, did he chop the throttle slightly that's why he ran kind of wide?

  • @yourleftnut1 No! He looked where he was going to impending crash but saved himself by changing the direction of where he needs to go!

  • "in motorcycle racing the rider determains 80% of the proformance while the bike last 20% is left up to the bike. In formula one it is the other way around." Jeremy Burgess

  • @ScbrN5454 Of course Jeremy Burgess would say that, being a MotoGP engineer...

  • @woohoo800 U dont need an expensive shiny sportsbike to have fun or be fast a cheap shitty one will do the same job get a cheap bike and get experience.

  • 1:01 DANG that was dead close!

  • After looking at all the beautiful sports bike videos on YouTube it sucks not being able to afford one!!!!! I'm in love yet in pain I want one!!! Waaa they r so awesome! I'm working to gt one but hopefully in two years I'll have enough to finally own a sportsbike

  • video shows skill > latest technology

  • He nearly lost it! Good rider though.

  • 0:40 look how much more fun he is having than that squid!

  • This guy is my Hero

  • Its amazing what experience will allow you to do. Mad skills.

  • Man good lines!

  • fuck he is macking!

  • Fast furious!

  • @ aluisious:

You hit the nail on the head. Anyone can learn body position, but this isn't a race track. For the sake of safety, this guy and riders like him should learn a more defensive late apex line through all these blind turns.. Otherwise, it's only a matter of time before we have another rider to mourn..

  • VERY NICE RIDE!!!!!!!!! BRAVO

  • hey dude in black is Darko

  • At 1:03 we see an adult with a child shooting pics in the direct line of a potential low side: or any other type of off. What is going through this guy's mind with having a kid sitting in that direct line?

    Dan

  • Notice the ultimate skill of this rider. At 1:00 the rider is looking in the direction of his impending crash! At 1:01 the rider snaps his head in the direction of where he need to go to save himself. You gotta replay this to see the beauty of it.

    Dan

  • @340PD lol good eye.

  • @340PD

This requires a lot of practice, saved my ass doing this a few times as well, but to go against your natural instinct takes a very long time to develop.

  • @340PD and ive seen multiple riders beef that corner, ive never ridden here but what gives on that one?

  • @crzyruskie86 You can "read" a turn going in. Aside from road surface: ascending or descending, peripheral vision and even its own past history and reputation can play with your head. Some riders will "play" it in slow motion and some will concentrate the hell out of it. Even with years on the bike you can just go in bad. Some (a few) can snap out of it.

    Dan

  • @340PD Sounds intense, I wish the best of luck and safe travels to all who ride here and everywhere!

  • Dereck Eshleman

  • Not that good at all really. He just figured out the bike can lean. Lines are terrible...he's often leaning into the other lane, which will work out great when an idiot comes the other way doing the same thing in a sports car.

  • @aluisious It`s probably the case, That the nature of the road in this video, Is that he can see what`s coming ahead of him in certain places, So he knows he can safely drift into the opposing lane if it`s clear

  • @aluisious thank you... all i figured out is how to lean a bike. Do a little research and you might conclude otherwise ;)

  • Wow! fucking awesome!

  • great skills plus this guy has to know the road very well even though almost hit the shoulder.

  • man, he smooth

  • @polivo0111 indeed

  • Around the outside. PRO

  • man this corner sucks, even the best of the best like this guy can loose it....and where the fuckin cops, nobody does the speedlimit here, not even the 250cc...

  • Shows that you dont need the most powerful newer bike to be the fastest

  • Comment removed

  • This Dude is SICK!!!

  • wonderful bike.kawasaki is the best.

  • sure hope i can drag my knee like that someday

  • skillz and some ballz for going that fast on a public road

  • somethin like a pro

  • @iitsjussskill

yea this guy is a pro. know him irl, races in willow springs

  • He eattin' up most riders who think they can ride

  • this guys good, his lines are pretty clean and doesn't seem too interested in showing off for the camera(s). semi -pro?

  • and yet none of these guys could compare to a couples USGPRU 13 year olds

  • @highwaytonowhere1 beg to differ

  • @quickvr4 actually yes. because when PJ Jacobsen was 13 and in USGPRU he was turning 600 times around the race track on an Aprilia Rs125. And most of these guys i don't even see doing any good even in WERA.

  • Thanks to these stupid squids, the cops and the cagers are both after bikes with a vengeance up at Mulholland now. Stop posting your crappy lame ass videos. And make sure you stay off the rest of the good canyon roads in So Cal especially with your camera and wannabe racer attitude. When I hear about guys wanting to pour oil on the road to make bikers crash, you just might wonder why the cagers are that pissed. You are going to get someone killed.

  • @4wiseone I don't deny the skill of some of these riders, but seriously, the guy is just recording some videos, if you don't want to get caught by the cops or potentially harm other people who use the "public" road, ride on a track.

  • this video gave me goosebumps.

  • man he was taking those corners like valentino rossi

  • Ahhh.. I remember my first ride too :)

  • dude was fuckin hallin, damn!

  • Красавец!

  • that's the beauty of motorcycling!!

  • finally no crash video...

  • I want his skills...

  • Decent riding, but some issues as others say - he almost loses it at :59, and in general his lane positioning at the apex is way to close to the center line. Not saying that I can do better, but I know my limitations and have a healthy fear of oncoming traffic.

  • i would like to see here old rg gamma 500 ripping on this road...

  • @jigibao

i come with my Aprilia RS 250 (74 HP).

But from Germany its a bit far away^^

  • @jigibao my dad had one of those back in the day

  • wow if you know how to ride its the thing of beauty.

  • 1:18 that sounds like a meaty ass bike in the background :O

  • nice... too bad green guys gear didn't match his bike

  • @MrPwnag3 what do you want him & his bike look like? like a green tree or an alien? why the gear but not the ride? anyways, are you a motorcycle posers? if so, then keep talking about gear and gear

  • @teddydude1 hey why don't you get that stick out of your ass, pussy? And learn how to use English properly. I was merely making a statement. No need to be an asshole.

  • @MrPwnag3 what do you want him & his bike look like? like a green tree or an alien? why the gear but not the ride? anyways, are you a motorcycle poser? if so, then keep talking about gear and gear

  • @MrPwnag3 i doubt you would care what color your damn leathers are when you're hitting the road at 150mph

  • @bugz000 Your bitch ass doesn't know what the hell you're talkin about. Fuck off

  • @MrPwnag3 okay kid, don't be gettin' angry on the internet now, you might scare some people LOL!

  • @MrPwnag3 maybe he has another bike his gear matches lol. people do have more than one bike ya know ;)

  • Ha ha yea man thats probably true

  • nice

  • 0:59 good to see young ones taking a interest in this

  • damn, what a nice track ;)

i would give my fortune to have a track like this in my town ;P

  • Like a mathafuckin' boss.

  • Notice his head position during each turn...

  • he shows that there is no need to own latest bike model to go extremly fast and have good fun

  • smooth, consistent, great lining and control!!!! superb video, one of the best from this location!

  • holly SH@#!# at 59. ahhhhhahahah, reality check!

  • is this road worth travelling from australia to america with a bike to ride? or are these 3 corners it for the "snake"

  • @nitrousninja1 There are more corners on the snake than this. Also, there are a ton of other corners in socal ;)

  • i would like to see green vs black. (did anyone else hapen to think that the black bike seemed to be very inconsistant with his throttle through the corner or is that just me/ the camera? (not bashing, just wondering) )

  • how long is this road? it looks fun to ride.

  • hes fast but fuck i'd be careful coming that close to the double yellow... lots of idiots on this road!

  • @Jager1988

Yeah, and most of them are on sportbikes crossing double yellows and treating a public road like a racetrack.

  • The 2 spectators across the road at 0:59 are just asking for a head on impact. Why are they not smart enough to stand behind the guard rail.

  • hes obviously ridden that road many times before :) pretty quick.

  • hes obviously ridden that road many times before :) pretty quick

  • nice ride!!

  • This guy crashed 4 times here according to rnickeymouse comment on F4i crash

  • bravo, nice ride

  • crossing the yellow lines..not good riding

  • Wow seriously good!

  • Agree, these guys know, understand, and apply their skills. Good, sharp, and perfect lines, riding position, and sped control. Who ever these guys are, excellent job.

  • @autumnstang97 actually, the lines these guys are riding are horrible...how could perfect lines include having their head and half their body over the double yellow line...know what I mean.

  • jeez he almost needs elbow sliders

  • Someone who doesn't grab a handful of front brake in the turn.

  • how fast this bike run???

  • Black RR was a demon. Had plenty of road left at the exit, too.

  • Black RR was a demon. Had plenty of road left at the exit, too.

  • I'm curious if he was running slicks. Looked like it. Either that or Power One's. Nice riding.

  • @thewooginator83 not necessarily. Moder sporty street tires like pilot power for instance do offer that kind of potential. You don't see that kind of riding on a daily basis because majority of riders either have no intention to get there or don't know the technology of riding

  • @quniok You're absolutely right, as long as you've got enough heat in them. I doubt that's an issue in Cali, but here in NC, it does get a bit chilly this time of year haha.

The last time I went out there was an ex-WERA guy out with us and he's the one that turned me on to the idea of running a slick on the front for street riding. It was an impressive sight to watch him to say the least.

  • imagine leaning your body over the yellow line and some guy coming fast in the on coming lane is just slighly over the line also. Seems like your commited

might just get your head or leg ripped off. TREAT the yellow line like a brick wall

    ALWAYS

  • finally some guys that actually stay in their lanes

  • Those lean angles on the turns just kill me every time I see it. So impressive!

  • this guy knows what's up

  • dude on the black bike just pushes that corners shit in

  • good riding mate;)

  • Wow, someone actually knows how to ride his bike. Nice lines, smooth, fast, high lean angles.

  • It's nice to see people killing it on machines no longer in their prime. Goes to show you don't need the latest and greatest to be fast.

  • nice riding but very lucky at 1:00 !!

  • Very nice. This was enjoyable to watch rather than the other guys who are constantly lowsiding.

  • You can really tell the difference between these guys and the lads falling off, these guy are so smooth in there movements and the way they bring the power in AND they actually hang off, nice riding

  • More proof of "It's not what you ride, it's how you ride it!"

  • Damn 1:00 that was a close call! Thats a rider right there.

  • @YoTarifa if he was that good it wouldnt have been a close call!!

  • at 59 green guy almost lost it....black guy hit it like a bat outta hell!

  • @Clutchisback1 nice catch, i was too lazy to post that myself

  • @Clutchisback1 could have been a lot smoother on the throttle though.

  • @Clutchisback1 thats a Honda for ya :P lol (black bike)

  • @Clutchisback1 thats why the black r6 couldnt catch up the ninja right ? zx6r all day every day

  • @stevenetercha Its all about the driver.

  • @stevenetercha

    It was a CBR.

  • @Clutchisback1 yea but you gotta give the guy on the green bike props! he held it together and brough it in and made it through! most people would hessitate and end up goin wide and layin it over.

  • finally someone that know how to ride

  • @ohpbusa AND someone who knows how to film...and they are both in the same place at the same time... *gasp*

  • great camera angles and professional video timing !!

  • In MY opinion, this rider needs to tighten up his form or he will soon be one of your crash videos. I think he is pushing that older bike more than it can handle. Thanks for the upload.

  • @thermo1984 How do you suggest that I tighten up my form? I love this older bike because it rides like a Bull! None of this advanced suspension and stuff like that. But yeah I am all ears for some advice. I gotta be loose on this bike, it likes to jump around.

  • @quickvr4 Why a response from the rider himself :) thanks for your time. I have nothing further you answered the question right there, "I gotta be loose on this bike, it likes to jump around." Happy riding, you sure can shred those corners like a pro.

  • @thermo1984 Thank you for your compliment. I have A LOT to learn about riding. I have decided to slow it down a lot in the canyons, most likely rarely even ride them anymore. I cannot afford to crash and hurt myself and have to sit out on or stop racing due to injury.

  • @thermo1984 That's not even really an old bike. Older bikes with modern tyres still own around corners... it is 99% tyres and rider, not machine.

  • don't cops or troopers ever come up there to get you guys? not saying they should.. just asking..

  • pink and green looks so good on a bike... NOT

  • @puddlejumper7777 Lol! I love how people judge on looks. This guy is obviously tearing it up on an older bike and not one of those squids with matching leathers, helmet, and a brand new bike.

My buddy painted his gixxer all pink 'just because' So everytime he places top 5 in WERA, he can say, "dude, you just got passed by a pink bike."

  • @puddlejumper7777 Hey faggot- stop being so fucken queeer!

  • @puddlejumper7777 you should see my race bike. It is green, red, blue, and black. It is also a Kawasaki. It is funny when I triple podium in a weekend on that "gay" looking colored bike.

  • Wow, Father Fail of the Day at 1:00 and 1:05. Not the best spot to put your kid considering the number of low IQ a-holes who love this road.

  • what an awesome bit of video!!!

  • Stock 2002 zx6r, well I have rear sets and clip ons. Same bike as a 2006 ZZR600. Carbed 600. Not a supersport bike. This bike is fully capable with the right rider.

  • 1.02 wow!!

  • @2BrosRacing haha yeah that was a nice save

  • @mickeymouse no wonder i like it $3,500 camera... aha.. keep up the good work my friend. looks great

  • shit sorry just realized your handle was rnickeymouse, not mickeymouse. my bad... you sneaky snake

  • He is in the 99% .. I don't think bike or rider can go any faster here...

  • @mickeymouse ive been watching your channel lately, and was wondering what camera your shooting with? i love the quality.

  • like a fuckin PRO!

  • @rnickeymouse haha no i chased chris and bucky that last 2 weekends and it just clicked

  • He looks pro...

  • DAMN!!! this dude can ride.

  • Nice bike handling!

  • What happened to tanner's rubber

  • @jumper1294 Wondering about the same thing!
