To play as Luigi, you have to get all 120 stars with Mario and to get the Final Galaxy (which is the front of Princess Peaches Castle at the start of the game)you have to get 120 stars with both Mario and Luigi and adding to a total of 242 stars at the end of the game. Its easy to do if you dont have alot of things to do and just play the game all day.
