I think supreme commander FA is a lot more complex and complete, SC 2 is a very simplified game at all. I do play SC 2 and i liked the game a lot, but the complexity and the scale of FA made me install back the Forged Aliance expansion, it have the true essence of war, SC 2 is a good game but isnt beter than FA. I liked Forged Alliance the best, but I did put a decent amount of time into this game (90 hours) and it was pretty fun for a while, but I eventually got bored with its simplicity. FA, however, I still play all the time because its so amazing!
The cybran were really fun units for a while honestly. But quite frankly all you had to do was research the ship legs and spam battleships to win. Thats why I went with the UEF not only do they have and water born aircraft carrier that can submerge and ambush the Illuminate. They also have an airborn one. PLUS the Noah Unit Cannon is BEAST!
I dont know about supcom2, but in the first supcom the Cybran was water- amphibious the Aeon were ground and the UEF were air. Also, the UEF seemed to be good with shields.The aeons fire seemed to be the charge then fire type.While the UEF mainley used rapid-fire such as thier gunships.But as for the cybran they ,again are water-amphibious.I loved the way thier subs can re-surface and shoot little lasers.They didnt do much but it is very annoying. What this has do do with supcom2 i have no idea.
Ive stayed with the AEON Illuminate and brought pain on A.I's and players in great numbers. I also have to admit it pretty good if u have the infinite Map packs. Thoese infinite maps are really well done man. I ve hope u make some more maps for sup com 2. to Chris Taylor.
@hexmeohdear I couldn't agree with you more, the first supcom was excellent, they have down graded the units and maps so much that they have completely ruined the game. Although it is an amusing alternative when your Xbox scratches the crap out of you supreme commander 1 disc. Just wish I had a decent computer because i bought it for pc not long after my Xbox copy broke
I swear they took Supcom and changed it to Star Craft. It's no longer Supcom anymore the way they made it was research based, you stick to one strategy you decide unless you have a lot of research unlocked. You have less unit variety and a lower unit cap. The only thing I like about it is the graphics and path finding.
I dont now if you're trolling or not, if you aren't starcraft has a huge following but i'm not fond of it, its more of your typical rts while this was a twist on rts that i really liked

cybran is actually my fav race there defences are like godlike UEF is more offence based cybran is defence based and Aeon are more exotic styled yet fragile aeon does get annoying in the missions cybran spiderbot is the thing to watch for
What I really like about Supcom2 compared to SC2 in multiplayer is that in Supcom2 its even fun to loose becaue the battles just look so awesome, in SC2 its all over in 15sec and ragequitting and stuff. Supcom2 is total warfare tranquility.

I was playing this game today on xbox 360 and i dont know whats wrong but i go to skirmish or the tutorial and every 5 seconds or so the clokc stops going and all the units and buildings stop moving/ building but i can still zoom in and out the camera and look around with no lagg at all its just the clock and units that freeze.. Normally I go UEF when it is a land battle, but If there I any water, I'm all cybren just cause of the naval power, and cause in the expansion pack, naval has jump jets as well lol:)
The power of the cybran nation was that the energy stations were also the mass converters. Therefore more cheap energy building would also give you more mass. Cybran natipon had the best economy in supcom2. Its a shame that in the newest update they eliminated that and now you have the build mass converters seperately. now cybran has weakest economy cause it also doesnt have the research improvements of getting a better economy. Such a huge mistake they did in the last update.

You bring an Executioner up out of the water on those legs, and you have something that can EASILY outgun a minor experimental, takes less time, and less resources to build. And another thing, in terms of gunship functionality, NOTHING beats the Soul Ripper II
@awsumpersun321, any faction can be overpowered depending on the situation, but the walking watercraft are very slow on land and can flanked and overtaken in the open. The Cybranosaurus can be massacred by gunships and bombers but is definitely a tool that can be used -- if supported correctly -- to punch holes in concentrated ground forces.
@Nyx00X The Sooprizer beats the soul ripper any time of the day. and don't give me the rundown about the same dps for half the cost, whatever, with 5 Sooprizers on the field you win the game, hands down. the rediculous health of the unit is where it beats the soul ripper II into the dust
How come in supreme commander 1 and 2 I always like the Cybran ACU model best? Both the SC 1 ACU model and SC 2 ACU model for the Cybrans look the coolest but I think the ACU model that was used for the Cybrans in 1 looks cooler then the one in 2 still both are good games but UEF is my favorite UEF dominates!! ;D

How come in supreme commander 1 and 2 I always like the Cybran ACU model best? Both the SC 1 ACU model and SC 2 ACU model for the Cybrans look the coolest but I think the ACU model that was used for the Cybrans in 1 looks cooler then the one in 2 still both are good games but UEF is my favorite UEF dominates!! ;D

I like this game.
It's different from supcom 1 and FA, not as epic and big, but it has a larger emphasis on faster build ups and fast paced action for me.
I still like FA more, but SC 2 is also alot of fun to play, so if u like rts games, I'd recommend this one.

its very interesting to see everyone go pissed on because of characters, graphics and anything else than the gameplay. every faction is special in this game. the gameplay is great. why make this game look so bad when there's so much good stuff in it?

To everyone watching this video In Supreme Commander 1 were more characters better story and how can be this story so stupid clasmates fighting a intergalactic conflict and of course in the game must be somethink stupid so we added cybranosaurus rex overthetop unit that sucks and noone will build it.
