I bought a ACT study book and everything it has shown me in it is very easy and thouroughly explained. After watching this video, I can't believe the problems are this easy, I'm not very good at math but these problems were very easy I feel confident that I will do very well.

these are not act problems. The tough ACT problems that get most people are the word problems. Those blow!

I am not totally sure but isn't the common difference negative 5, as difference means subtract, and subtracting -5 is the same as adding 5.

@mime454 No, it goes from 11to16... so how did we get there? add 5. It goes form 16to21...so how did we get there? add 5. and so on. Its an arithmetic sequence.

wouldnt the answer be -9 because the sequence is moving down? the one after 3 would be -3

No, 15-9 = 6. 9-6 =3. it keeps subtracting 6, its arithmetic not geometric. and yes after 3 would be -3 because its subtracting 6.
