Tony, you make a good point. Tim Floyd ran a tight ship w/OJ Mayo, what with paying an intermediary to get him to commit. And while SC football did graduate a bunch of talent to the NFL last year, the positive there is that should put the Trojans well under the salary cap for this year.

it was an offensive explosion to begin the game then either the defense played better or the offense just stopped i think that Notre Dame deserved to win this game but you can defiantly see the karma coming from this game every year southern cal has a championship caliber team they always blow a game though to miss the title karma baby also Matt leirnet Reggie bush lendale white all have awful NFL football careers

Yeah and We Are Notre Dame the team that has won only one bowl game since 1989.
All of the losers who keep on saying SC pays their players first off no proof second take you head out of your ass and field a team that can beat SC. The only two teams this decade that can beat USC when they have their A-Game on is Texas in 05, and maybe Florida last year.

Tony, you make a good point. Tim Floyd ran a tight ship w/OJ Mayo, what with paying an intermediary to get him to commit. And while SC football did graduate a bunch of talent to the NFL last year, the positive there is that should put the Trojans well under the salary cap for this year.

well you guys kicked our asses the past 3 meetings. i give you guys credit. USC is a great program but i don't like them.
That one play could have changed a lot of things that year. Notre Dame probably would have had soo much momentum and USC would have dropped a few spots in the top ten. that would have definitely effected bowl match-ups and the outcome of each teams season.
