the game will just put you at that rank after you get more than the elite experience

Once you hit Elite, you will keep ranking up, to Elite 1, 2,3,etc. I am an Elite 1 right now, which is one grade higher than an "Elite."

first you have to rank up to elite, then you just keep ranking up and it keeps adding a number, i'm an elite 2.

No it's not - I've completed all myslef on Lone Wolf on a PC. Don't know whats the diff between a PC and Xbox ver apart from the fact that you don't have a mouse but since it's more a "take cover and shoot" game shouldn't be a problem. Once you learn that terrorist spawn in certain locations of the map once you reach them you can find a couple of places on each map to take cover and shoot some of them and then move forward to another spot. I devised a couple of routes on each map and np. ;]

i can give you some hints and you can try it out for yoursefl. Once you get to a certain spot and alert the terrorist with your footsteps or a shot you take cover in the most comfortable place (preferably one with no blind spots and only one way in) and shoot 5-8 guys (depending on the map and spot) Things to remember - they will for the most part try to come at you from a couple directions and rush in when you reload or turn your head away from the entrance to your spot for more than a sec or 2

Dude i know the game well enough to tell you exactly how to move through each map when to take cover and when and how many guys can you expect at each spot. The first time I managed to complete all maps at high density + realistic took me a while to get to know the system on each map. Now when i installed R6V2 after a couple of moths break from it took me about 10 hours of playing devided into 2 days to get it done. No big feat its just a game kid.

Btw dude you're not even pass the ranks of NCOs. My last save which unfortunetly got deleted along with a format was at Elite 22 - therfore I safely assume I've played considerably more than you. I hate kids of little faith like you - the fact that you struggle doesn't mean it's impossible. Maybe you just need reality check which is that you just probably plainly suck. It would seem so since any self respecting player on realistic would use high cap mags instead of a nooby 6x scope.

Also try to use the minimap - (on PC its tab key) it ca alert you a bit sooner about terrorists incoming from the sides. The tricky part is to really know the maps cause the minimap is 2D and doesnt show levels of the map so say when you go to the basement on Trainyard you will see terrorists incoming at you on the minimap whilst in reality they can be above you and try to flank from behind using the stairwell. Plus if youre not too comfy with reloads and low ammo on realistic use HK 21E.
