The persecution of Dr.Wakefield is terrible. It is maybe an instrument used for turning public opinion towards being positive to vaccines. There's intense pressure to promote the MMR vaccine and six in one day affair.

When public attention concentrates on sensational scandals it is then diverted away from asking questions such as “- Where are serious safety studies regarding multi/ co-administration of vaccines?” The answer is in fact: nowhere.

You've been lied to. Wakefield's patent was for a Transfer Factor to antidote adverse reactions experienced after MMR - not a competitor vaccine.

Do you remember Dr William McBride??? Same thing happened with him and he was found to be correct, unfortunantly too late after thalidimide had destroyed so many lives.

Are you completely misrepresenting the truth here or are you just confused ? Thalidomide came onto the market in 1957. Dr William McBride along with Widukind Lenz discovered a link between Thalidomide and birth defects in 1961. The drug was immediately withdrawn and Dr McBride received much praise and awards for his efforts. True - later in life (1993) he was struck off the medical register for falsifyng data but this has nothing to do with Thalidomide.

Thalidomide was highly contraversial and did not come off the market without a fight. He was accused of falsyfying another morning sickness drug which also caused defects. If Dr. Wakefield's findings from his study are correct, how come there has not yet been a replication to date? This is how things become fact in our society, through continual replication of a hypothesis. If vaccines affected the rate of autism, we would see replication in randomized experiments. Dr. Wakefield's research was not randomized and therefore cannot be generalized to the population of humans as a whole.

Don't get the pharmaceuticals involved...this is research, plain and simple.

It is sad indeed when any doctor or scientist speaks out against big pharma in order to spread the truth that vaccines and chemical medications are often very, very toxic. They automatically are discredited and become targets. We, the general public however need to hear and know the truth and so to us those who speak out and speak that truth to us become heroes.
