  • this looks like it builds stomach muscle and I thought the only way to loose stomach fat is with cardio and good eating habits. Meaning the only way to loose stomach fat is to loose weight not gain muscle ? Correcting if I am wrong about this video? Thanks for your time..

  • I own a pilates dvd and i do about 20mins approx 4 days a week, when will i notice a difference in my stomach and should i be changing my diet if i want to have a flatter stomach??

  • @dkaurNZ muscle confusion. all the way. you have to change it up. you can't keep doing the same exercise and expect to get super results as fast as you think it'll go. change your sets, your time of day that you do it, and maybe try adding weight.

  • @dkaurNZ its called diet my friend. the workouts cant do it all. you might be doing 1 hour a day of working to get in shape but remember there is still 23hours left in the day where you have to focus on your goal. diet and cardio make it so much quicker than just doing these workouts alone

  • I have been watching your videos and wonder if these would work for me. I have had multible surgeries in my stomach and now have what is called an apron above my scars. what do you suggest?

  • Yes, I would suggest doing these exercises at the very least every day for 5 minutes. Let me know how you are doing!!

  • Hi there,

    You can do a total of 15 minutes a day, everyday if you can and you will start feeling the difference within the first week and seeing a difference within the 3rd week.

    I suggest doing these exercises every day, once a day. Also incorporate cardio and you will start to seeing results...
