  • your a DUMBASS my stack is 8:00pm: Epozine-02: upon waking up 8:30pm: Truemass with breakfast 11:30am: Lunch 1:30pm: Pre-workout snack 2:30pm N.O.-Xplode and Epozine-02 (30 minutes before training) Sip on Volumaize during my entire training session. Cellmass immediately after training, wait 20 minutes and i have Truemass shake 5:00pm: Dinner 8:00pm: Snack Epozine-02: 30 minutes before bed Truemass at bedtime
