@samml1 the difference is psychological. People like dohmer were driven by reasons other than hunger, consuming human flesh is more than a meal in their case. It's a desire to own their victim to be with them as long as possible, thats also a reason newborn babys put toys in their mouths, they like it so much they want to keep it baisically. So i would say eating human flesh is somewhat different to eating pork for this people.
