Ichigo's weapon looks like ChibiUsa's. The author of Sailor Moon was inspired by the sentai genre, like Power Rangers. So in this parody, Ryou creates the Mew Mews because he dreamed of making his own group of sentai warriors, so he's using anything that references the genre.

Uhhh.... that's because he was voiced by a woman in the Japanese version. He's only 13 so he shouldn't have gone through puberty yet. My brothers sounded about the same at that age.

It's kind of funny though since the Japanese version is the only dub where a woman voices him. Other dubs, whether MMP ones or not, have him voiced my men. Although, I think the most likely reason is because the original creators what men to voice him in other dubs.

Nope.

It's kind of funny. People watch the Japanese version and it's like they don't even listen to when the characters say his name. Watch episode 6 in Japanese. They say Ree-yoh. In Japanese, all letters only have one sound. Y's sound like how Y's should sound. O's only make the strong O sound and U's always sound like "oo" like in the word "good".
