I was just curious to see how it worked is why I downloaded it and then thought it would be a great video. Besides, it shouldn't matter how you do the Dancing for Vogga the Hutt done as long as you get the dancer's outfit and side quest that comes with it. All what you see if Visas doing it instead of Mira or Brianna.

If you choose another head for male or you are female (which is canon so far) a character named Dopak on planet Dantooine will use this head. Actually you can look the character up on wookieepedia. However this is one of my favorite 3 heads for male exile. (Mostly b/c it more closely resembles me irl than the other heads). :)

Visas' race does not have eyes at all. The Miraluka are able to see through the Force as an adaptation to the fact that they have no eyes. The scars on her eyes are from when her master, Darth Nihilus, attacked the Miraluka homeworld, Katarr and damaged her vision.
