The problem is not everyone has the same tolerance. When I was younger I had a group of friends that smoked herb with. As we got older, I put it down but that wasn't the same case for that group. Weed wasn't doing it for them anymore so they searched for stronger shit and got tied into PCP and other shit so it's not the same for everyone. I see what you're saying but that's not the greatest advice in everyone's case.
