What can I say? People like pointless videos. Whenever I do try to post a video that I actually put time and effort into, nobody pays much attention at all.

It's tough to be noticed when you aren't able to promote your own videos (doing that isn't free!).

All I can suggest is to just post whatever it is that you like to do as a hobby. Like for example, I used to specialize in videos about Pokémon and take part in video fads (this particular video is for a popular fad). Now I'm beginning to post videos of myself drawing because I really like to draw.

Also, don't be afraid to express yourself as a fan of something. I proudly use a Pikachu as my icon since I'm pretty much known for being a Pokémon fan, but you might like something else. It's just a part of who you are and it will help others to get to know you a little better.
