  • Good work! I know what it is to work so hard in something that is not you language. Godd luck with that! :)

  • Excellent work! good work 5 stars

  • Ohh Loriee

  • thank you to you for maked this french video

    ' m french so i understand all.

  • Elle est tres fait....

  • great video, same if I don' like this music ^^

  • I'll be sure to send you a link :)

    And no Lori.

    Ever again.

    I promise.

    Yes, well, I completly agree.

Not the best song choice on my part.

I am working on something that is Doctor Who, French, and not to horrible music.

    I promise.

  • and in french (hope this is right)ceci est vraiment vraiment vraiment vraiment vraiment bon. remercie HogwartsHonorRoll j'aime la chanson qui il chante

  • this is really really really really really good. thanks HogwartsHonorRoll I love the song who sings it

  • It's by a girl called Lori.

I'm glad you like it :)

And your French really wasn't half bad ;)

...a little off, but not bad.

  • très bien!

Neva had an idea like that before, good thinking.

  • hey I love your vids !! I'm french and I thought It was nice idea !! I am also a huge DW fan which believe me or not is not that common in France !!!

    Once again great jobs !!

  • Mercii!

    Mais sinon very good job!

  • Alright. Well. I haven't got a lot of time, so I'm not going to bother to sound clever in French, as it's just not a strong point for me.

But what I wanted to say was thank you very much (that much I can handle fairly well "Merci beaucoup") and that you had a great idea (bonne idee) with the phone, and for some idea beyond my knowledge I honestly didn't think of that.

  • wark kossé ca, vraiment merdique

  • Errmmm....

    *searches for French dictionary*

  • are you swearing?

  • my comment bellow was a reply to spiff31.

  • Merci :D

(this is the part where I try to say something clever in French and fail terribly)

    J'ai travaille tres...ermm...dunno. I give up.

It's really late at night and I can't quite concentrate on French just now ;)

  • I speak it every day ;P I'm truely French from Québec (East Canada) I shouldn't had practiced you that hard. But I wanted that at least you knew a French tought it was not only a relevant clip but a very good one too!

  • Thanks very much :D

That's actually one of my favourite bits in the video.

My father lived in Qubec for a time...I'm learning French, but I'm not really close to being fluent. And I find that I can read it much better than I can speak or write it.

  • Don't worry! Same case my side. Tough I'm said to be improving. I guess that's because I listen a lot of undubbed Doctor Who! :)

  • I understand French language, I think that this song is inappropriate for illustrate the show...

  • but your vid is great...ah mon français que je devrai travailler^^

  • Yeah, I agree, the song sort of has nothing to do with it at all.

It's just something random I found online ;)

  • My felicitation to make them wink on the part of the song that mentions it. I find that illustrates well what romantics would ever wanted for Rose and Doc to be THAT close but still light and pure toghether.

Kinda 3th or 4th and Sarah-Jane Smith also. Worst part is that without Rose, because I've seen 3th and 4th after the current moder series, I'd still had Sarah-Jane around the Doc that way! XD

  • Sault!! oi! Greogory Lemmarchal would make a video if you want more french videos i wanted to do one but my computer wont let me

    xxxheatherxxx

  • Hey whats the name of the song in english?

  • I think it's "I Need Love"

  • Although if you want it ALL in English, like the words and such, its called "When I Think About You"

  • Hello!

You wanted some french, there you go!

It's nice you made a video from Doctor who in french!

Just one thing : Lorie is a singer that only little girls listen to, she's (or was?) really "corny" (not sure of this word)...

    Thought you should know!

    Thanx again!

Oh and please be forbearing with my english : I'm still working on it ^^

  • Yeah, I figured she was a little girl artist.

She's really cheesy pop so it sort of made sence.

I just saw it somewhere and thought it might be easy to make a video to.

If you have any suggestions of better songs, I'm open to any suggestions. I'd love to do more French videos.

Merci, and your English is very good :D

    Tres bien :)

  • Salut!

    Bye

  • Salut!

How do you rate Natasha St Piere and Alize? French is a fantastic language for pop and since I discovered French Pop, I've started to learn the language again. If anyone can point me at a site that has english and French Lyrics side by side I would be very grateful.

    Merci et Au Revoir

  • Hello!

Well about Alizee, she's like Lorie, sings for little girls... But that don't forbid us to listen lol. Natacha St Pierre is a Canadian (from Quebec), she's quite popular in France, probably because she worked with some good french mens (Pascal Obispo...)

Maybe I can find a website like the one you're looking for!

    Bye!

  • Good vid, I just wish I could understand the music!

  • lol I'm not going to pretend that I really and truly understand it...but I looked up the lyrics...and I'm about nintey percent better at reading French as opposed to understanding spoken French.

    *shrugs*

  • Hey im on a spree where im watching all songs you made about Doctor Who and since I have french in school and find it sooooo boring its amazing how you can make everything great XD

  • this is soo coool XD 5 stars and favs

  • never mind the english version, do you have lyrics?

  • Yeah, I'll message you a link.

  • sorry, last comment on this video from me but, I can imagine Billie singing in french.

  • Ohhh it's not Billie, lol.

It's a French singer called Lori.

  • I love it. French is such a beautiful language. I was watching The Addams Family before I came on, and it is hillarious the fact that Gomez loves the French language and I end up having a French DW video on my subscriptions!

  • Cool.

  • What is the songs name in English?

    Who sings it?

    Good Job

  • The song is called "J'ai Besion d'Amour" which I suppose would be "I have need of love"

    and it's by Lori.

And yes, I'm refusing to put the proper accents because my ALT and the numbers are refusing to work. XD

Wonderful video, though, really! I really like this song, and it's not upsetting and tear jerking like your other ones. ^A^

  • That was very tempting when I was trying to type out the translations ;)

  • Wow! Ruby, I must say that you have some skills! c'est genial!

  • OK, so I'm going to be completely honest with you here:

    I didn't understand a thing. :D

oh well, the video is great anyway!

  • oh, do you happen to have the translation for the video?

  • Errmmm...I can see if there's an English version of the song, but I don't think there is.

If there is, I'll post it again with it :)

I can't speak french and barely any spanish. love the video even though i have no clue what they're saying. my art teacher speaks it fluently along with italian, polish, german, english, etc. little fun fact... : D

  • Que magnefic

-I was trying to very good that is the best I've got. Cut me some slack I am learning Spanish!

Anyway love the video. Where did you find the clips?

  • love this video!!!
