  • This is an American Bee Keeper, a Goober with Type II Diabetes by his Skin Tone and other features.. Bull Ants are Native to Australia and are much larger and very aggressive with Huge Biting Jaws and a Stinger that Rivals a Cow Killer - Velvet Ant.

Can anyone identify the TRUE species of Ants here?

  • that is the strangest Bigfoot Hunting Club expedition I have ever seen !!

  • just put up a sign saying, "No BullAnts allowed!!"

  • i wish they recorded the invasion.

  • what accent was that?

  • not bull ants

  • Pregnet I mean

  • Guy looks regent at 0:40

  • that's why i put oil-filled bowls under the stilts of my beehive :)

  • the ants have worked at the gym for 10 years

  • U can fix the ant problem by ........ using spray, or throwing in a fire after the ants have takin over as a fail safe

  • More like buttock ants

  • beesmay sting your hands, rarely but when you get one in your eye or in your ears it is a little troubling, besides your less likely to be stung if your not dropping the frames because of your clumsy gloves

  • those are chuck norris ants

  • I know why this happens, because the bee stingers are too big to hit the bull ants!

  • @AJaintedMan you mean army ants

  • Soldier ants are the true fuckers you can't fuck with.

  • maybe they can kill wasps too? i should get my own bull ants

  • I was expecting some big war between ants and bees :/

  • @mikethebike7 it's called a professional

  • If those were Asian Honey Bees if they found a ant scout they would swarm the scout and the slowly roast the scout alive under the bees vibration

  • @Mightymedic101 that works on wasps, they can just sting an ant

  • @matoisy well it can work on any insect that is predatorial to the bees. It doesn't matter if its specific type of bug like a wasp or hornet. Sure they can sting an ant but that is entirely up to the hive as a whole to decide if they either want to sting or roast an insect alive.

  • @Mightymedic101 stinging is much easyer, they put their self at risk by burning an insect since if it gets 2 kelvin hotter the bees also die

  • @matoisy not really, they heat the insect one degree higher than what they can take and the heat level is one degree lower than the bees threshold so I think its not a huge risk if the scout is already dead. Plus its more of a risk to sting than it is to fry an insect because no bee dies from the heat levels compared to a sting where they will die from. Again its a matter of what the hive together decides if they want to sting the scout they will, if they want to fry it alive they will.

  • Whats the best defense against these bees?

Not being a retard might be a good start.

  • The guy has an accent so everyone wants to attach a stereotype to him...

  • REDNECKS YUCK

  • @mikethebike7 If he couldnt see because of the bees stinging the hell out of him he would've lifted his arms then the hive falls on his head and for a quick second he says "mmmm honey" and then die with a face full of bees

  • What type is the hive? langstroth?

  • Bull ants aka bulldog ants are native to Australia. I don't hear any Australian accents there, all I hear is American goober. Are you sure you know what you are calling a "bull" ant?

  • The ants raped and pillaged

  • Ants are like the Roman Empire of Nature, they conquer and kill EVERYTHING

  • @EdikShepherd I think you mean the Assyrians. ;-)

  • thot bull ants lived down under

  • This seems like an American film not Australian

  • the bull ants took my "diebetis"

  • terran base got overrun by the zerg swarm

and this guy is the "air support"

  • Those bees look very friendly and calm. Perhaps because all the people around them are calm too? :)

  • wtf are ants gonna do with a beehive?

  • Aren't bull dog ants like 3 inches big?

  • those are not bull ants...bull ants are much bigger

  • what is the point of covering your head with a net and leaving your arms completely exposed, along with wearing a lightweight shirt which bees can sting right through? It's okay to get the fuck stung out of you, as long as your head and face are protected? WTF is THAT all about?

  • @mikethebike7 When you work with bees that much you get tolerant to the bee stings. But you don't want to be stung in the throut, which will cause breathing problems. Also I guess you don't wanna walk around, looking like a huge meatball.

  • @mikethebike7 good beekeepers rarely get stung -some in france tend hives in speedos ! bees like to sting dark colours and shadows like under brows-stings on face can cut off breathing -these are some of the reasons

  • @mikethebike7 Protecting the eyes mah boi

  • @Alexhackedone Only partially right. It'd hurt like hell to get stung in the eye, but the bigger risk is the bees swarming inside your nose and mouth, stinging you in there, and then blocking up your esophagus.

  • @mikethebike7 it just looks more official than no protective gear.

  • @mikethebike7

o.o ummm to prevent them from stinging the eyes?

personally i'd prefer the bees stinging the arms than the eye. O~o"

  • @mikethebike7 AGREED! id bee there in the background in a fucking spacesuit like 'noo...ican see fine from here!'

  • @mikethebike7 It' doesn't have to make sense, the video makers are hillybilly/rednecks they don't know anything but how to drink beer and be stupider then George W. Bush.

  • @kawaiifreak860 DONT YOU DISS GEORGE BUSH YOU SACK OF CRAP!!!

  • @stranglechord Fuck you nigger, if I want to insult a stupid failure I will I'll insult your great great grandparents for being fucking slaves and not fighting if I feel like it bitch.

lawl, both Government sides are corrupt inside and out anyways not like obama's really gonna do better.

  • @kawaiifreak860 im white dumbass

  • @kawaiifreak860 and you are right but im white though

  • @kawaiifreak860 and im sorry for calling you a sack of crap. tthats just terrible

  • @mikethebike7

I would think the point is that if a bee lands on your arm or whatever it's easy to ignore and thus avoid being stung, but if it lands on your face, it's liable to climb in to an orifice or over your eye.

  • @mikethebike7 Hahahahahaah!

  • @mikethebike7 Protect face/eyes. Arms and hands are nothing. Can bet stung over and over, just pain. Face must be protected.

  • @mikethebike7

If you get stung around your neck or airway and have an allergic reaction anaphylaxis(extreme allergic reaction) can occur very fast. Collapsing the air way. Even without a reaction any sting around the airway can cause it to swell shut. Just things like that

  • @mikethebike7 I'm not even a bee keeper, or anything that could be considered a bee aficionado , but I'm fairly sure two things are occuring that you are unaware of ;>

    These are honey bees #1.

#2 these are bread specifically to be non-aggressive, if the queen is aggressive she is killed, and removed. A new one replaces the old queen after awhile (either naturally, or unnaturally). They also use smoke to pacify the bees, thus, stinging is less likely to occur.

  • @mikethebike7 : If you're allergic, being stung anywhere can cause anaphylactic shock in an individual. However, even if you're not allergic, if you're stung in the face and throat area, it can cause them to swell, which would lead to asphyxiation.

Not to mention that being stung in the face numerous times would make you look horribly deformed.

  • @DietBroccoli exactly. plus people dont seem to understand that 7 of the 9 entrances into your body are on your head. probably a good idea to protect it lol.

  • @HondaEPHatch : Eye sockets are not "entrances into the body" any more than temples are. There is a solid piece of bone behind each eye. The nose is arguably one entrance.

  • @DietBroccoli the eye is indeed an entrance. maybe i only get this because im a stoner, but if you put lsd in your eyes, you get high. im sure bee sting venom would absorb in; more or less maybe depending on the size of the molecule but absorption into the body nonetheless.

  • @HondaEPHatch : You're talking about absorption. That's not the process by which bee stings work. Bees pierce your skin with their stinger and inject venom. Having LSD enter your blood stream through your eye is completely different. Also, when someone says "Entrance into the body," it is generally understood they mean a natural entryway, like your mouth.

  • @mikethebike7 yes, great logic. who needs helmets then, either? LOL

  • @mikethebike7 are you fucking stupid? Its so you don't get BLIND.

  • @mikethebike7 its because bees like to sting in your eyes and nose and mouth and ears... the bees swarm in your mouth and nose and sting your airways and your airways swell and you suffocate

  • @mikethebike7 U expect all 10 of them to wear a hazmat suit to get close to this hive?

  • Comment removed

  • @mikethebike7

I heard somewhere that beekeepers eventually become immune to bee stings and don't feel it anymore, so it's just to keep them from getting in their eyes/ears/nose

  • @mikethebike7 procting ur face? WTF that about?

  • @mikethebike7 Does getting punched in the face hurt more, or does getting punched in the arm hurt more?

  • @mikethebike7 You protect the face as to not swallow Bees, stinging to your throat could result in swelling and could stop your breathing

  • @mikethebike7 its prolly how he makes his money

  • @mikethebike7 -- face will look good for the funeral tho

  • @mikethebike7 You Trololololololololol

  • @mikethebike7 yea especially cuz his face isnt that great to begin with....

  • @mikethebike7 yea especially cuz there wasnt much worth saving on that face of his...

  • lol i love the narration

  • Ive heard that ants will not cross talcum powder. If you had a layer of talcum powder around the base of the hive it would not upset the bee's since they fly, but the ants would not cross it. Now I realise that its not really practical cos of rain and wind would wash it away but Im sure there must be some method of similar to doing this that may work. Im not a beekeeper but its an idea that could be modified to something practical.

  • @scottclements78 i have a antfarm here in my Home, i use Talcum Powder Glass Terarium, but it works only on standing glasswalls on the upper side. Ants can climb nearly everting, even perfect clean glass but talcum Powder makes it some kind of slippery for them.. so - i dont know if it works on the ground.

  • @scottclements78 greased legs on the hives ?

  • 3680 and now its nine!

  • Let me point out something here. This colony left. They are no longer in this hive. The ants moved in after they left. Ants can very well defend themselves against the larger ants as shown here.

This moron beekeeper tried to start a colony with just two frames....you dont do that as the colony is very weak in this state.

I am a beekeeper of 14 years. He shoudl have had at least 4 hives. Country bumpkins.
