@Rikulz I beat the game two weeks ago, I already have XS on all hard and extreme levels yeah! I think I didn't get all the bonuses because I was trying to get a big score stitching kyriaki lacerations, but only letting them cut once or twice worked.

yeah.. what the other guy said. DON'T use your HT on Triti. Do it like ChewyLSB. Use Derek's HT when you're about to drain the Deftra thing for the third time. THEN use it and like.. make all of the yellow blue things go away with your laser. The name escapes me.. lol. but yeah. god. the only thing that really pisses me off is that if you kill one patient you have to start ALL OVER.

also plus. I made it through Triti easy. (: I could give some pointers.

I found Triti to be pretty easy on this actually.. I kinda figured out my own little strategy. I just picked it off one by one lol. Only thing that really did me over was probably my unsteady hand. I kept dropping the damn needles/triangles while placing them in the tray.. :/

When I tried Fallen Heroes I used Derek's Healing Touch on Triti istead of waiting to use it on Deftera, but I can't believe that I actually survived and completed the operations! It's a miracle!

Triti, I think has like some pattern on it. I don't know sincce all the Triti is positioned in the same place on each triti operation, I just watch peoples tutorial videos. And it is alot easier.

Deftera eats up my vitals too fast with it tumors and crap. I can go through Triti with no HT, but I take 1-1 and a half minute. If I use HT on it, It's take, say, 15 seconds? Lol. S'd it on easy but can't get past it on Hard. D:

Do you mind giving me some tips too? I beat the game on easy and normal, but the deftra on this mission always gets me on hard mode. How does circling the tumor with gel help? What about gelling the lacerations? (I usually find it faster to just suture them than to gell them to make vitals go down slower)

Don't use HT on Triti. This one takes some practice, but it's still doable. Besides, Deflera should die, hard. Use HT at when things look bad. In X-2, my vitals were 10 with at least 8 tumors on the field. I healed all of them, got my vitals up to 50, and actually made one go beserk. Then it ended, and a FUCKING blood pool appeared over the tumor. By the time I realized it was on and got it off, there were a parade of tumors.

Hope you have more luck than I did. XD ( I did get past it)

the triti is ok, but i have to use the healing touch. My finger kept slipping.

I'm not sure why, but I kida like to treat kyriaki, i just hate the fact that i have use the ultrasound alot cause I keep losing track of it.

Deftera are kind of annoying to me, since every time I try to extract the tumor, the vitals go down like crazy.

I got stuck on the last one because I used the laser so much, and they died.

It took me FOREVER to get this level done because of that one operation!!

One mission makes you hate an entire game? Did you try it on easy? I could only beat this and the next mission on easy my first time through. Now I've S/XSed everything up until this mission on hard.

Triti? No membranes regenerated - 30 seconds. Kyriaki? Let them make some lacerations so I can get a few extra cools. Paraskevi? Easy.

It's that DAMNED deftera that's keeping me from my XS.
