There is only one knife. It can't be upgraded. What you got is what you got. It's bloody hard to use well, but with practice, you'll have people calling you a hacker.
Hm. I have no idea. Do you mean the Dog Tag with blue lettering that's on the knife? My knife has that... I think it always has. I don't use the knife much, so I don't pay much attention to it. I do know that there is no "better" knife though. It can't be upgraded.
If you get 50 kills with knife your dogtag goes on the handle of the knife and your blade and handle changes shape, neither is better or worse it just looks cooler :)
